Dog friendly

This is a dog friendly cottage. Charge applies at 
£25 per dog per stay with a maximum 2 dogs.

The lounge retains the original magnificent feature windows that look out across the grounds and the original stone fireplace complete with cosy log burning stove, the large leather sofas are ideal for relaxing after a day out and about enjoying the Lakes. The contemporary quality kitchen is well equipped with all you could need and includes dish washer, washer/drier and fridge freezer. The breakfast bar is the ideal place to sit with a morning coffee and a slice of toast while the large dining table is ideal for a great home cooked dinner in the evening.

Upstairs, the cottage offers two bedrooms: a king size double and a twin room. Both bedrooms offer TVs and the second bedroom offers tantalising glimpses of Ullswater across the fields.

The bedrooms are complemented by a high-quality family bathroom complete with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

A glazed door from the lounge opens onto a private patio and a picket gate leads to a shared lawned garden. Guests are also welcome to share the grounds around the estate and the cottage has one parking space with other parking also available on request.
