Helping to protect the Lake District National Park

We pride ourselves in helping to protect the landscape around us. Over the years, we've contributed to various fundraising schemes, including the restoration of Ullswater Way footpaths. We also work in partnership with the Lake District Foundation - a charity committed to sustaining the area's spectacular landscape, native wildlife and cultural heritage. To date, we've raised over £3,000 for the charity, which has helped to fund projects such as Red Squirrel Conservation and Fix the Fells.

The new Countryside Code is a fantastic way of quickly summarising the things that you should make sure to do next time you visit. You can view the full code here.
